With three edged blades being illegal under the Geneva Convention, you’d almost have to assume this would be considered illegal as fuck. There is basically no reason for a weapon like this to exist, this would cause so much unnecessary suffering. Lastly “Twisted dagger eliminates the reason to twist” ??? Have we become so lazily that we even have to streamline our revenge? Haha.
